Dr. Desiree Ramirez grew up in Oshkosh. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in 2015 at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA. She then continued her education at Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine to obtain her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2019, and her Master of Public Health from the University of Iowa in 2019.She has worked for a couple of mixed and small animal practices since then.  Desiree has interests in public health, client education, and preventative medicine. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, painting, and relaxing with her cat Tilly.
